OUR CREDO

Looking to make a difference the first time and every time

The subject of development is complex, needing innovative solutions and specialist skills to be applied with a high level of commitment. Tasks being complex and interwoven, assignments need collaborative support of specialists with domain knowledge and field experience, having a strong delivery and result orientation. Thus, while individual consultants contribute through focused skills, a larger impact can be created if work is done as a team, building conviction for establishment of a formal multi-capability consulting organisation.

STADD Development Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (STADD) believes in offering high quality development consulting services to cater to needs of developing regions. It has established a position of interest in areas of sustainable livelihoods, natural resource management, and rural technology. A judicious mix of short and long term assignments form the active mix of assignments at any point of time.

STADD has always considered itself as a serious thinking consulting group. Contrary to most consulting groups that work only on an advisory basis, STADD is willing to involve itself with project delivery. However, this role is restricted on a direct basis to strategising, project planning and monitoring responsibilities. On an indirect basis, we are willing to address operational aspects through a partner implementing agency grounded to the project area, better enabled for local delivery. Such a network based on a partnership model with various specialist organisations has helped STADD deliver on subject specialisation and geographical counts. This collaborative approach has helped contribute to improved development focus and a wider delivery capability.

STADD looks forward to contributing to the cause of development with a difference, to make the difference.
